Founded in 1996, Interlink Software is an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) fully owned by its founders and employees and self-finances its growth with the proceeds from its operations.

In the late 1990's Interlink Software pioneered the approach of incorporating a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) into our product design, implementing a low maintenance, process driven approach to delivering Business Service Management (BSM) and Service Configuration Management (SCM).


What is BSM?

The point of Business Service Management (BSM) is business, not technology. It’s based on the belief that if you deliver IT service in a way that keeps the goals of the business squarely in front of you, you are bound to do it better.
