Privacy Policy

Interlink Software Services, Ltd. (“Interlink”) is firmly committed to your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to Interlink’s MyITOps online mobile app and platform (collectively, the “Services”), and other Interlink websites (collectively, the “Websites”) and other interactions (e.g., customer service inquiries, user conferences, etc.) you may have with Interlink. If you do not agree with the terms, do not access or use the Services, Websites or any other aspect of Interlink’s business.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party applications or software that integrate with the Services through the Interlink platform (“Third Party Services”), or any other third-party products, services or businesses. In addition, a separate agreement governs delivery, access and use of the Services (the “End User Agreement”), including the processing of any messages, files or other content submitted through Services accounts (collectively, “Customer Data”). The organisation (e.g., your employer or another entity or person) that entered into the End User Agreement (“Customer”) controls their instance of the Services (their “Deployment”) and any associated Customer Data. If you have any questions about specific Deployment settings and privacy practices, please contact the Customer whose Deployment you use. If you have received an invitation to join a Deployment but have not yet created an account, you should request assistance from the Customer that sent the invitation.

This policy states our privacy practices for you, during your visit to our website. Our mission in implementing this privacy policy is to first, protect your information, and second, use it only to provide you with the highest quality, most personalised information services available – exclusively on your behalf. The privacy and security of your information is of paramount importance to us. That is why we never sell, lease, share, rent, or barter ANY of your personal information to anyone outside of Interlink, EVER. We value the trust you place in Interlink. That’s why we’re committed to providing a website with a secure environment and unparalleled customer service.

Why do we collect user information?

Our goal is to provide you with a personalised service, tailored to meet your interests. We are therefore continually looking for ways to improve our service and product offerings. In general, we collect information to help us in our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyse user behaviour, and to customise and improve the content on our website. By gathering information about user interests and preferences, we can devise products and services that might specifically interest you and your end-users, and ultimately make our products and services a more complete solution.

What type of personal information do we collect?

We may request information from you in a number of ways on different areas of our site. Each time we do so, we will include a link to this Privacy Policy. When you try a demonstration, communicate to our support team or email us, we need to get contact information, such as your email address, phone numbers and/or wireless devices information. Occasionally, we may ask you to complete optional surveys. The data from these surveys will be used to improve and enhance our products and service offerings to meet your needs. We may also use contact data from these surveys to send you information about new products and services from our company and promotional materials from some of our partners. We will never disclose your identifiable information to a third party outside Interlink. We keep track of aggregated user behaviour to discover what products and services you might be interested in.

When and with whom do we share this information?

Our policy is to maintain the confidentiality of the personally identifiable information of organisations and personnel except in cases when the law requires disclosure or when we have your permission to do so. From time to time, we may share aggregated statistics of user behaviour (e.g., customers, traffic patterns, etc.) with our partners. This information is collected through surveys, transactions, and promotions. The information will not identify any individual personally, so the aggregate statistics will NOT contain any personally identifiable information. Interlink does not sell, lease, share, rent, or barter personally identifiable information (names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.) to any companies or persons outside Interlink. We will disclose personally identifiable information to government officials and law enforcement agencies when it is required by law (e.g., in compliance with a subpoena or court order) or if we believe in good faith that such action is appropriate and necessary to protect and defend the rights of Interlink, or to protect the safety of Interlink users and the general public. Because of the uncertain regulatory environment associated with privacy issues, we may also be forced to disclose personally identifiable and other information to the government.

The Interlink website contains links to other sites. Please note, the Interlink Privacy Policy does not apply to these linked sites and Interlink is not responsible for, nor do we endorse, the privacy practices or the content of these sites.

Security precautions

Our website has stringent security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control. We use secure technology, privacy protection controls, and restrictions on employee access in order to safeguard your information. Please note, while we will continually make every effort to implement safeguards to protect your personal information, the very nature of the Internet makes it impossible to give a 100% guarantee on the security of transmitted data. Interlink makes no warranties or representations as to the security and confidentiality of any data you transmit. Any data you transmit to Interlink is at your own risk.

Application of Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information received from residents of the United States of America, Switzerland, and the European Union members.

How do we use Cookies?

Like many other sites on the Internet, Interlink uses cookies. Interlink uses cookies and collects IP addresses in order to better facilitate the services provided to you, and to collect non-personal aggregate data for marketing research purposes.
