We are delighted to share news of our partnership with leading, real-time Application Performance Monitoring (APM) vendor Cisco AppDynamics and are now a fully-fledged member of their Integration Partner Program (IPP.) 

For our mutual enterprise customers, service affecting issues can lie undetected in the vast volumes of data generated by the multiple, disconnected tools used to monitor their multi-cloud environments, applications and technical solutions. Interlink’s AIOps platform integrates with AppDynamics to address the hazards of poor visibility, helping IT teams reduce the risk of unnecessary IT outages and optimize service availability.

The Integration

Interlink ingests health violation alerts, performance metrics, transaction data, and infrastructure topology / dependency information from AppDynamics, which is combined with operational data drawn from point monitoring tools, CMDBs, change management and service desk products. 

Correlation, normalization, thresholding and business logic are then applied in the Interlink platform, enabling IT teams to focus on the alerts that matter and act faster to prevent customer impacting outages.
