Interlink Software arrives on the Cisco AppDynamics Marketplace!

Interlink’s AIOps platform integrates with AppDynamics to address the hazards of poor visibility of operational health - helping IT teams reduce the risk of unnecessary IT outages and optimize service availability.

For mutual Interlink and AppDynamics customers, service affecting issues can lie undetected in the vast volumes of data generated by the multiple, disconnected tools used to monitor multi-cloud environments, applications and technical solutions. Together Interlink and AppDynamics deliver unified, data-driven Service Visualization to help pinpoint the root cause of issues faster and speed up fault remediation.

The Integration

Interlink’s AIOps platform ingests health violation alerts, performance metrics, transaction data, infrastructure topology and dependency information from AppDynamics, which is combined with operational data drawn from point monitoring tools, CMDBs, change management and service desk products. 

Correlation, normalization, thresholding and business logic are then applied in the Interlink platform, enabling IT teams to focus on the alerts that are hurting the business most and among others - bringing these benefits:

• Eliminate event noise by up to 99%: ingest, aggregate, and organize events into clusters of alerts, correlated to service impact 
• Real-time, service health visualization: identify dependencies and pinpoint the root cause, enriched with business context 
• Reduce major incidents by up to 50%: automate remediation processes for improved operational efficiency and service availability

For deeper application troubleshooting, Interlink users can leverage deep links to AppDynamics, drill down to source event data and seamlessly launch automated recovery actions or 3rd party tools, without leaving the Interlink platform.
