Interlink secures a place on Constellation Research 'Using Artificial Intelligence in IT Operations' ShortList.

Interlink Software’s capabilities have been gaining a good deal of industry analyst recognition in recent months.

We’re pleased to announce yet more recognition; Interlink has been included on Constellation Research ShortList™ for “Using Artificial Intelligence in IT Operations (AIOps)”, Q3 2021.

Authored by Andy Thurai, VP and Principal Analyst, the Constellation ShortList evaluates 40 vendors, judging their solutions on criteria including: 

• Ability to consume real-time data from cloud, on-premises, and multi-cloud locations Connectivity with the majority of the observability systems (such as cloud-native monitoring systems, logging systems, and tracing systems) 
• Available out of the box instead of requiring custom connectors to be built

Interlink was one of just 14 vendors chosen for inclusion in this Constellation ShortList evaluation.
